Why did you decide to join fonYou?
Because of the foosball (haha) I finished working in a previous job and I started looking for a new position, that would adapt to my abilities and that would be in Barcelona, It was actually my sister who saw the role at fonYou advertised. It looked great, for the role itself to the company, and little details like foosball (table football) and fresh fruit deliveries to the office.
I've been at fonYou for ten years. I enjoy the role itself and my workmates are amazing. We have such a good dynamic.
Tell us about your career at fonYou - What is your title and what does it involve? What does your day-to-day look like? What is the best thing about your role?
Head of Data Visualization – I’ve been at fonYou for ten years! I began in Systems and over the last decade I’ve worked in various technical roles. At the moment, I’m focused on data-led dashboard design and optimization, inter-departmental correspondence, data gathering from business units from across our global offices, and database analysis.

Let me answer this question by framing it in a different way - why have I been at fonYou for ten years? It’s al long time, and it is because of two main reasons: One, my workmates are amazing. I really love working with everyone. We have such a good work dynamic. Two, the work itself - it's stimulating and engaging. For instance, we’re a Google partner, which is one indicator of how we’re always at the vanguard of new technologies.
What is the best piece of advice you can give to someone who wants to join fonYou?
fonYou is very flexible when it comes to keeping your role interesting and varied. If you want to change, fonYou is very good at helping find a new challenge for you. So if you want a new professional challenge that gives you great options, definitely consider working with us.
I love dancing! Actually, I used to be a salsa teacher and was in a “Sevillanas” dance troupe.
